Mar. 19th, 2013 11:32 pmGosh, LJ is a wasteland lately. I think I've seen an average of 2 posts a day on my f-list for the last 4 or 5 days.
Anyways, throwing some content out there. Because I'm very attached to LJ and I hate seeing it dying off.
I see a lot of artwork in my days, and a lot of fantasy artwork. Much of which is completely awful. But I recently came across the work of a guy called Jon Volden who has a plethora of stuff out there, calanders, collections of his 'fantasy art', books, all sorts. And on the one hand I sort of applaud his dedication, he's produced a lot of stuff. But on the other hand, it is without shadow of a doubt the worst visual images I've ever seen.

Maybe it's the rough edge cropping around the fence post that truly elevates this piece. Or the way the lighting is subtley blended so the whole composition just gels together.
I shall put the rest of these behind a cut TO SAVE YOUR SANITY!
And girls in bikinis may be vaguely not work safe.

And zebra print? Who even knew they did rubber zebra print on bikinis.
I think we've all learnt something.
